I think this feature is complete. Below the table where you select cap values - it will auto-populate cap values with appropriate cap values. Plus you can click a calculator and adjust your cap values. The calculator does take account for spec, talents, race.

Would love to perhaps have references too stats, such as Holy Priest and haste balances, mage hit, expertise for dks ect.
